From July 2 to 4, the third fruit and vegetable functional food development and Industrial Development Conference sponsored by Jinan Fruit Research Institute of all China Federation of supply and marketing cooperation and China fruit and vegetable storage and processing technology research center was successfully held in Guiyang. With the theme of "Nutrition Health Development Cooperation", the conference fully demonstrated the new technologies and achievements of China's fruit and vegetable industry development.

The visiting experts and scholars put forward the specific requirements of product stability on the raw materials and process characteristics of fruit wine, and made a more in-depth discussion from the raw materials, process, water quality, equipment, packaging and other aspects.
